Presumed orbital mass

Description: Patient: 69 yo man. Complaints: white aspect of his right cornea that he noticed 3 weeks prior, followed by lid ptosis. POH: OD severe eye trauma at the age of 9 which left the eye NLP. Findings: Complete ophthalmoplegia in a blind eye, total lipid keratopathy, conjunctival vessel dilation. Diagnosis: Orbital Apex Syndrome. Pending imaging.
